Do you really want to stick build?

Building a house is probably the biggest single investment you are EVER likely to make. Due to its flexibility, speed of construction, exceptional levels of insulation and energy efficiency, most new homes built in the UK are timber frame. In the majority of cases these are factory manufactured kits like ours, which are designed to be fully integrated “packages” delivered to site and are the preferred choice of well over 80% of self builders like yourself.

The remainder are more commonly referred to as ‘Stick Builds’ where the kit is made up on site, or in a shed, utilising materials sourced locally from builders merchants and others and then put together to accommodate a more flexible schedule and building standard and usually over a lengthier period of time.
